                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES L. R. SMITH AND
                   NANCY R. SMITH, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 75,
                   DAYTONA HEIGHTS AND NINE MILE INTERCEPTOR,
                   TRACT NO. 020A, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF THREE
                   THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($3,650.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from James L. R. Smith and Nancy R.
       Smith, relative to Contract No. 75, Daytona Heights and Nine Mile 

       Interceptor, Tract No. 020A, for a consideration of $3,650.00.
